A dental implant root will be surgically inserted into the patient’s mouth for each tooth that is able to be replaced. There is a healing period which takes up to several months, during which time the dental implant root will also fuse to the patient’s jawbone. Many of our patients who are not able to get traditional dental implants find that mini dental implants offer an excellent tooth replacement solution for them. Mini dental implants are easily inserted into the patient’s jawbone without the need for oral surgery. There are no stitches and replacement teeth can be attached the very same day.
