Meet the Staff

Brenda Lee Mercado, CEO

Brenda has been actively involved in dentistry for over 32 years. She has worked in various capacities ranging from dental insurance administration and as office manager for 32 years overseeing group practices with all specialties. She is currently the acting CEO of our implant group–Contemporary Dental Implant Centre. She attended St. Helena’s Commercial H.S. and majored in Business management. Ms. Mercado completed a two year training with a degree from the Steno Type Institute. She has been a Notary Public in Queens County for 38 years. She is a proud mother of 5 adult children. Brenda’s special interests include salsa dancing, amusement parks, spending time with her family, dental family, and loved ones.

Brenda loves her profession and her family very much. She has her patient’s best interest at the forefront of her work. She is always available to her staff, doctors and patients. She is without a doubt “one of a kind”.

Lorraine Nichols, Practice Administrator

Lorraine has been the Office Manager of our Madison Avenue location for over 30 years. She graduated from the Dental Auxillary School in Jamaica, West Indies. She attended FIT and Queens Community College where she studied fashion and design.

Lorraine is the proud parent of two daughters, one stepdaughter, one grandson and two grand-daughters. She enjoys traveling, sewing, cooking, shopping and design.

Lorraine’s wonderful and professional manner provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for our patients and our team.
