Brenda Lee Mercado-CEO
Brenda has been actively involved in dentistry for over 25 years. She has worked in various capacities ranging from dental insurance administration and as office manager for 25 years overseeing group practices with all specialties. She is currently the acting CEO of our implant group--Contemporary Dental Implant Centre. She attended St. Helena's Commercial H.S. and majored in Business management. Ms. Mercado completed a two year training with a degree from the Steno Type Institute. She has been a Notary Public in Queens County for 28 years. She is a proud mother of 4 adult children and a teenage son. Brenda's special interests include salsa dancing, amusement parks, spending time with her family, dental family, and loved ones.
Brenda loves her profession and her family very much. She has her patient's best interest at the forefront of her work. She is always available to her staff, doctors and patients. She is without a doubt "one of a kind".
Lorraine Nichols, Practice Administrator
Lorraine has been the Office Manager of our Madison Avenue location for over 25 years. She graduated from the Dental Auxillary School in Jamaica, West Indies. She attended FIT and Queens Community College where she studied fashion and design.
Lorraine is the proud parent of two daughters one stepdaughter, one grandson and two grandaughters. She enjoys traveling, sewing, cooking, shopping and design.
Lorraine's wonderful and professional manner provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for our patients and our team.
Jimie Blair, Office Manager
Jimie is our office manager for our Scarsdale location. He has been with our practice for 91/2 years. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Liberal Arts degree and an associate degree in dental management from Washtenaw Community college. He served in the Air Force where he obtained his dental assistant and technology training. He has been a certified Dental assistant since 1990 and is the father of 2 sons.Jimie creates and designes community worshops and retreats for interpersonal relationships and conflicts.
Jimie is a team player and a wonderful person to know and work with.
Deborah Paparo, Director of Marketing and Advertising
Deborah has over 12 years of experience in the advertising industry and has been with our office for 4 years. She is in charge of public relations for all of our offices. She attended Kingsborough College where she completed courses in Secretarial Studies and majored in English. She is the proud mother of 3 sons, 3 grandsons, and 1 daughter. Her interests are puzzles, music, shopping, and spending time with her daughter Rachel and family.
Deborah handles all of our media, including print, radio and the development of all ad campaigns. She is responsible for our overall management of marketing ,branding, and creative output. She has great interpersonal skills and is always available to help our patients smoothly set an appointment for our free consultations. She is truly an asset to the Marketing and Advertising Department.
Yahaira Pereyra
Yahaira is Deborah’s personal assistant and has been with our Marketing and Advertising for six months. She has added her organization skills and general welcoming manner to the team. She is very pleasant and speaks fluent Spanish.
She comes to us from a law office where she worked as a mail clerk. Yahaira was a receptionist for Bally’s and has strong communicational skills.
She graduated from New Rochelle High School and her interests are camping, amusement parks and she love the outdoors.
