Dr. Barry Moretzky, D.M.D.
Dr. Barry Moretzky has been in practice 22 years. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1987 with an emphasis in General Dentistry. He has extensive training in Implantology, Porcelain Veneers, TMJ treatment, and he is certified in Invisalign (clear braces alternative) and Porcelain restorations (CEREC). He has membership in the Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD), and International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI). He is a proud and devoted husband to his wife Pam and the father of three children Brett, Scott and Kyle.
Dr. Barry Hertzl Habib, D.M.D., M.S.
Dr. Barry Hertzl Habib is our staff specialist in the area of restoration and in the replacement of missing teeth. After receiving his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania, he went on to complete a residency in Prosthodontics as well as obtaining a Master of Science in Oral Biology from the University of Maryland. Dr. Habib spent a year performing a fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. His expertise is in crowns, bridges, dentures both on implants and natural teeth, as well as porcelain veneers.
He is extensively published in the Journal of Prosthodontics and in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry. He has presented on topics ranging from full mouth prosthetic reconstruction to oral and maxillofacial prosthetics at numerous conferences. He stays current on the latest state-of-the-art techniques and scientific breakthroughs through his regular participation in continuing education seminars.
He is happily married and the proud father of two daughters. We are exceptionally proud of him and all of his accomplishments. We are glad to have him as a member of our team.
Dr. Sidney Hiller, D.D.S.
Dr. Hiller is the one of the founders of our Madison Avenue location, founded over 30 years ago. He is retired and the Dental Director Emeritus. He is a pioneer of the Provia Whitening system and is a lifetime member of the ADA (American Dental Association). He is a creative artis and sculpture and recognized collector of antiques and fine artist.
Dr. Mary B. Morgan, D.D.S.
Dr. Morgan graduated from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She was born and raised in NW Pennsylvania. Dr. Morgan fell in love with New York City during her undergraduate years at Columbia University. She is an active member of New York County Dental Association. She completed her General Dentistry Residency at St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital, where she focused on Aesthetic and Family Dentistry.
She has been happily married for over three years to an attorney from Spain and enjoys practicing her Spanish.
Dr. Dale Goldschlag, D.D.S.
Dr. Dale Goldschlag graduated from dental school in 1992 and has been practicing for 18 years. His practice emphasizes preventative dentistry as well as Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Goldschlag received his periodontal specialty training at SUNY Stony Brook. Dr. Goldschlag has published for several journals and has been a clinical instructor at SUNY Stony Brook Department of Periodontics. He specializes in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. He is a member of The Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD), American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), Academy of General Dentistry(AGD), and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry(AAID). In addition , Dr. Goldschlag is a Fellow and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI).
Dr. Sol Schwartstein, D.D.S.
Dr. Sol Schwartstein graduated from dental school in 1996 and has been practicing for 13 years. His practice emphasizes preventative dentistry as well as Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Schwartstein received his periodontal specialty training at SUNY Stony Brook. Dr. Schwartstein has published for several journals and specializes in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Marc Berger, D.D.S.
Dr. Berger graduated from New York University in 2001, and continued his training in Periodontics and Implantology at NYU. Dr. Berger emphasizes conservative periodontal therapy and has tremendous expertise in periodontal regeneration and soft tissue grafting. Dr. Berger lectures on implant dentistry and is amidst his first publication on that topic. Dr. Berger is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, has recently received his Board Certification in Periodontology and is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is often referred to as Manis by his collegues. He has been happily married for 10 years and is the proud father of 2 sons and a daughter.
Dr. Pera Muncan, D.D.S.
Dr. Pera Muncan has been a practicing dentist since 1995 with a Degree in Stomatology from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Timisoara College of Dentistry. He completed a three year fellowship at New York University College of Dentistry subsequently achieving a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS). Dr. Muncan is also certified in Invisalign and his professional affiliations include membership in the following dental societies, The AAID (American Academy of Implant Dentistry), and The ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantology). He is a devoted husband to Diana and a recent father to his first born son, Alexander. Dr. Muncan is fluent in four different languages. He is a Fellow and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI).
Dr. DAVID TAVELIN, D.D.S.
Dr. David Tavelin, D.D.S. has been associated with our practice since 2001. He received his D.D.S. with honors at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Tavelin continued his training at the James J. Peters hospital where he focused on dental implants, cosmetics and the treatment of medically compromised patients. In addition to private practice, Dr. Tavelin has been published in several journals and texts and has held numerous leadership and editorial positions with the American Dental Association. He currently participates in the homeless veterans dental care program at the Bronx Veterans Administration hospital in New York City. Dr. Tavelin is a member of International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI). Dr. Tavelin is now an instructor at Columbia University’s college of Dental Medicine. He enjoys writing and cooking and resides in Brooklyn with his wife. Dr. Tavelin is the proud father of a little girl.
