Brenda Lee Mercado-CEO
Brenda has been actively involved in dentistry for over 25 years. She has worked in various capacities ranging from dental insurance administration and as office manager for 25 years overseeing group practices with all specialties. She is currently the acting CEO of our implant group--Contemporary Dental Implant Centre. She attended St. Helena's Commercial H.S. and majored in Business management. Ms. Mercado completed a two year training with a degree from the Steno Type Institute. She has been a Notary Public in Queens County for 28 years. She is a proud mother of 4 adult children and a teenage son. Brenda's special interests include salsa dancing, amusement parks, spending time with her family, dental family, and loved ones.
Brenda loves her profession and her family very much. She has her patient's best interest at the forefront of her work. She is always available to her staff, doctors and patients. She is without a doubt "one of a kind".
Lorraine Nichols, Practice Administrator
Lorraine has been the Office Manager of our Madison Avenue location for over 25 years. She graduated from the Dental Auxillary School in Jamaica, West Indies. She attended FIT and Queens Community College where she studied fashion and design.
Lorraine is the proud parent of two daughters one stepdaughter, one grandson and two grandaughters. She enjoys traveling, sewing, cooking, shopping and design.
Lorraine's wonderful and professional manner provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for our patients and our team.
Reggie Iglesias, Office Manager
Reggie Iglesias has been in the dental care field for 37 years, she began at the age of 15 as a part timer and since that time has been involved in all aspects of the dentistry from dental assisting, office administrator-management, and dental insurance companies. She loves her career and attended N.Y.I. of Technology at Old Westbury , L.I. ,and graduated with an Associate Degree in Business Management. She is the proud mother of 2 boys and 1 girl, a grandmother to a cute little girl. She is a proud wife of a desert storm combat veteran wounded in action and proud mother of an Iraqi enduring freedom veteran.
Reggie brings an incredible degree of professionalism to her position of office manager of our Scarsdale location. She loves the outdoors, paint balling, horse riding, white water rafting and volunteers at a Nursing Home, and cherish her time with her family.
Deborah Paparo, Director of Marketing and Advertising
Deborah has over 20 years experience in the advertising industry and management. She is in charge of public relations for all of our locations, media, print, creative, and placement of all advertisement s in all aspects of our marketing department. She attended Kingsborough College where she completed courses in Secretarial Studies and majored in English. She is the proud mother of 3 sons, 1 daughter, and 3 grandsons who she loves and adores. Her interests are music, dancing, creating new and innovative ideas for our practice, loves shopping, spending time with family and her boyfriend Richard.
Deborah is in charge of all ad campaigns, our call center, and responsible for all or our overall management of branding, and marketing output. She has great interpersonal skills and is always available to help our patients smoothly set an appointment for any of our locations for a free consultation. She is truly an asset to the Practice and the Marketing and Advertising Department.
Yahaira Pereyra
Yahaira is Deborah’s personal assistant and has been with our Marketing and Advertising for six months. She has added her organization skills and general welcoming manner to the team. She is very pleasant and speaks fluent Spanish.
She comes to us from a law office where she worked as a mail clerk. Yahaira was a receptionist for Bally’s and has strong communicational skills.
She graduated from New Rochelle High School and her interests are camping, amusement parks and she love the outdoors.
